I finally made the perfect combo of sweet and salty in this Chocolate Sea Salt Granola that is still low carb and keto friendly. Coconut oil
Melt coconut oil down on medium heat, add cacao, cinnamon, and monk fruit, and part of maple syrup til combined. Stir in nuts, flax, coconut, and seeds. Drizzle with maple syrup and vanilla. Egg white optional. Put in oven at 325 in oven-safe pan for 5 min. Turn oven off and let granola dry out for another 20 min. Store in airtight container.
